August 6, 2015 Ashley and Patrick wanted "casual and stress free" for their wedding day. Dressed in jeans, topped with a lacey white blouse, this beautiful bride chose to marry in the mountains above Skagway. I suggested "Mountain Madness" for their wedding venue. We drove for 20 minutes, into White’s Pass alpine, in search of a scenic mountain setting. Their two friends, one whom was also their photographer, joined us. May 21, 2015 Although Spring in Alaska can vary in temperature with blustery snowy days, this day was a warm, windless blue-bird kind of day. Meredith had contacted me back in January, wanting a wedding ceremony on a glacier. "Why not splurge a little on the most memorable day of your life," she said. I agreed! The planning began. August 7, 2014 Laura's hand lovingly brushed the daisies, as we walked the garden path, where flowers blossomed, "Mom would have loved these daisies, her favorites. She is here with us now."
